개인정보처리방침

아가리품격(이하 “회사”)은 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 관련 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 공개합니다.
1. 이 사이트에서 수집하지 않는 정보
이 사이트에는 회원가입·결제·입력 양식이 없으며, 쿠키나 방문 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 화면 언어(한국어/영어) 선택은 이용자의 브라우저에만 저장되고 회사로 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 메일 문의 시 처리하는 개인정보

3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
4. 개인정보 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
회사는 사이트 운영과 메일 수신을 위해 아래 업체의 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 메일 문의를 하지 않으시면 됩니다. 이 경우 문의 답변을 받으실 수 없습니다.
5. 개인정보의 파기
보유 기간이 끝나면 해당 메일을 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다. Cloudflare에 보관하는 문의 메일 사본은 받은 날부터 1년이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. info@scenemotor.com 으로 요청해 주시면 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

Agari Pumgyeok (“we”) publishes this policy under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act to explain how we handle personal information.
1. What this site does not collect
This site has no sign-up, payment or input forms, and uses no cookies or analytics. Your language choice (English/Korean) is stored only in your browser and is never sent to us.

3. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
4. Service providers and international transfer
We use the following providers to run this site and receive email. Your information may be processed outside Korea.

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, please do not email us; we will not be able to answer you in that case.
5. Deletion
When the retention period ends, we delete the email without delay and in a way that cannot be recovered. Backup copies stored with Cloudflare are deleted automatically one year after we receive them.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal information. Email info@scenemotor.com and we will act without delay.
